K.C.CBD is committed to our sustainability policies (which can be found here.) Although the majority of our products and the ingredients that compose them are plastic-free, there are few elements that are made of pesky plastic.

To protect Mother Nature and combat the damaging effects that it poses, simply return your empty pieces of packaging to receive a voucher that can be applied to your next purchase.

THE PROCESS

→ First, ship your empty products to our headquarters, along with your full name, email address, and order number (if applicable) within the package.

→ Once the item(s) are received, they will be inspected by our team to ensure that they are intact and optimal to be reused.

→ After these pieces have passed inspection, we will send via the supplied email a voucher (varying in value based on the types of packaging supplied and quantity) that can be used towards your next K.C.CBD purchase.

These pieces of packaging will be sterilized and reused to create other products that will bring as much joy as they did for you… so we’re hoping.

THE PURPOSE

By donating your used items of packaging, we are planning to significantly reduce the percentage of plastics improperly disposed of and virtually recycle these items to create new, exciting products. These eco-conscious practices will help protect Mother Nature and combat the damaging effects that plastics pose in contributing to climate change. Through this coalition, K.C.CBD has ‘eliminated’ all plastics associated with our packaging to strive toward a healthier, more sustainable world that we can all benefit from. By searching for biodegradable alternatives to plastic — and limiting their availability within our products — it is one of the multitude of concepts that we have in place to create products that truly have a purpose: to heal both nature and to heal oneself.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • We are solely concerned with packaging that contains any elements of plastic. As of June 30, 2022, these include all jars (regardless of size), dropper bottles, and roll-ons.

  • If you have any of the previous items, a voucher will be given so long as all of the pieces of the packaging are shipped. (i.e., a two-ounce jar along with its corresponding top.)

    Important: Please do not ship just the plastic piece of the item; otherwise, it will not be eligible for this program and any form of repayment — including a voucher — will be void.

  • The value of the voucher is determined by both the type of item and its quantity.

    Per item, the prices breakdown is as follows:

    2 oz. jar: $3

    4 oz. jar: $5

    Dropper Bottle: $3

    Roll-On: $2
